Applying to FIU
To start the application process to Florida International University, clink on the appropriate link below. MAKE SURE that you complete all the necessary documentation when you are applying, especially if you are applying to one of our graduate programs. Use the "Graduate Programs" tab above to find out more about what you need to submit, where you should submit it to, and when you need to submit it by.
Parking at FIU may seem daunting, but don't worry! If you are a visitor, you may use the metered parking available throughout the campus. If you are a student, faculty, or staff you can get a parking decal on by providing a valid photo ID and vehicle registration.

i>clicker is a classroom response system that enables you to electronically respond to questions posed during class, and can be used to log participation points for attendance. If your instructor uses an i>clicker, you will need to register your i>clicker remote. Click here to register your i>clicker. Your Student ID should be your Panther ID number, and your i>clicker remote ID is found on the bottom of the back of your i>clicker remote.
Copies of course syllabi are made available to students on the first day of class. Students who do not attend class on the first day are responsible for securing a copy of the syllabus from the instructor. Copies of syllabi are kept by the Department of Psychology for university record use only. If you need a copy of an old syllabus, you should try to contact your professor first. You may also try contacting the main office to see if they have a copy.
Students are encouraged to plan their schedule in advance of their registration appointment. Copies of course schedules are available here. If your semester is not posted and you need a copy, contact us or the Department of Psychology Main Office.
