Psychology Undergraduate Research Forum

The psychology department in conjunction with PASS (Psychology Ambassadors for Student Success) and Psi-Chi; will host the first annual undergraduate student research forum on October 26th 2011. This event will allow undergraduate students an opportunity to showcase their research and posters in the morning session as well as invite labs to speak about research being done so we moved all of the research topics to the day before the conference so that students do not have to pay to get this valuable information. There is no cost to attend the research forum however, unlike the student conference (which is scheduled for the next day: October 27th), the forum is not set up for extra credit. If you have a research presentation or poster and would like to present it at the forum: please contact Melissa Kavetski :

Thus far, the following labs have been invited to speak

  • Laboratory for Aging & Health
  • Developmental Psycho-biology Lab
  • Cognitive Laboratory and Workshop (CLAW)
  • Child Anxiety & Phobia Program (CAPP)
  • I-Lab (Legal Psychology)
  • Center for Children and Families
