The Department of Psychology at Florida International University (FIU) is searching for candidates to fill multiple open-rank tenure-track positions, as well as three non-tenure-track full-time instructor positions (one with specific emphasis on Industrial/Organizational Psychology).
The department is strongly committed to a climate that embraces diversity, and is especially interested in candidates who can contribute to the diversity of the academic community through research, teaching at both the graduate and undergraduate levels, mentorship of graduate students and postdocs, and service. The department has 40 tenure-track faculty, 21 instructors and research/clinical faculty, more than 150 graduate students spread across five doctoral specialty programs and master’s programs in professional counseling psychology and organizational science, 9 full-time undergraduate advisors, and over 4,000 undergraduate majors. The department is young and vibrant, with over 30 new hires in the past 5 years.
